  • This product is simple it’s your new training program: You fill in a form to outline your goals and then you’ll be required to download the app, where you’ll get your new program.

    During the initial onboarding phase we can figure which of these will and won’t be necessary. Moving forwards, you’ll complete Monthly Check-In forms, which I will look over in order to modify or enhance your program. Most programs will come with a three phase cycle (each lasting 4-6weeks) so I will refresh of your program at the start of each go those phases which would be within the week of you completing the Monthly Check-In forms.

    You’ll be able to message me in the app, either through the chat function or by making a comment on a specific exercise or the end of a workout, so this is where I can help if you’ve got some quick questions or feedback.

    Finally, something I encourage clients to do is to take classes or practise another form of exercise away from the work I give out. This is something we can look at curating and building into your tracker..

  • The Cali Hybrid Program

    Are you looking to mix up your training by adding in some skills you can actually rep with and still have a workout?

    This program is for those that either want to learn how to incorporate Calisthenics into their training; and for those that just want to be pushed more with some accountability.

    Moving forwards, you’ll complete Monthly Check-In forms, which I will look over in order to modify or enhance your program.
